• Step 1:  Take the gloves out of the package, and place the gloves in hot boiled water or microwave at a high level for around 5 minutes. The temperature will reach 50°C, and the heat indicator will turn red. 
• Step 2:  Carefully remove the gloves from the microwave or hot water. When the temperature is between 45°C and 49°C, the heat indicator turns dark grey. This is the suitable temperature at which the gloves are ready to use. 
• Step 3:  Cut the opening at the wrist and slowly slip your clean, dry hand into the glove. Secure the opening with the hook-and-loop fastener located on the glove. Repeat with the other glove. Remind: For security, please don't put the hook-and-loop into the microwave. 
• Step 4:  Treat hands for 15 minutes. Treatment remains warm while molding around your hand.
